India's top architect warns of urban breakdown
India's celebrated architect Charles Correa has referred to the new apartment buildings in the countries overcrowded cities as reminiscent of Stalinist era in the Soviet Union. In a career spanning five decades, Correa has passionately advocated buildings adapted for their climate and environment and shaped by local culture and history.
